My favorite part of what I do is using common sense solutions for complex problems.  I enjoy meeting with people who might be expecting an elaborate and technical sales pitch, and then surprising them with straightforward legal advice.

Here is my philosophy: Your estate plan should only be as complicated as necessary to achieve your goals.  If what you are trying to accomplish is simple, your plan should be simple.  If you have dynamic assets and creative goals for your family or business, there are advanced estate planning techniques that can "do" more than you may have thought.

I am wildly proud to be raising two great kids with my wife, Heather.  If I'm not goofing around with the kids or doing chores, I am probably working on something in the garage.
